Annual Hockey Tournament

Join us this year in raising awareness about the Prevention of Child Abuse, Americanism, and Community Service by participating in our Men’s Hockey Tournament.

As is customary with all Exchange Club fundraisers, proceeds from this tournament will benefit local children. 

The tournament will consist of three divisions if we can acquire enough teams to satisfy.  Division A players must be at least 25 years of age, and Division B players at least 35 years old. Division C will be an open division for instances where a college or young team may be interested in playing. Each team is guaranteed 3 games.  These games will begin on Friday evening, go all day Saturday, and end Sunday afternoon.

Clean hockey is our aim.  Fighting or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.  Repeated offenses will unfortunately lead to a player or team being removed from the tournament.

To reserve your team’s place in this event, please fill out the bottom of this page at your earliest convenience and return to the address below.  Limited ice time is available, so registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. 

To thank you for your participation in this tournament, each team will be awarded with a gift certificate of $50.00 to the Point Afta Sports Bar, located in Winslow, ME. 

 

Registration fee is $650.00 (U.S. dollars please)  A $300 deposit is required to be sent with registration.  Make checks payable to Waterville Exchange Club. 

 

Deadline for application is January 31, 2010, but may extended upon certain circumstances.
